Warranties + Returns
We at The Love Street Studio are dedicated to providing beautifully designed, quality leather goods.
Our team takes great care to carefully inspect each item prior to it leaving our studio.
We want you to be happy - if you change your mind or you're simply not happy with the purchase, you are welcome to contact us to arrange an exchange or store credit. You must indicate your intention to exchange or return any item within 72 hours of the date of delivery via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a "Return Authorisation" number and the relevant terms and conditions. Items delivered within Australia must be returned within 7days after receiving the RA number. International customers allow up to 14 days.
Cost associated with shipping will be the responsibility of the sender and all tags and packaging must be in original condition. Dylan Kain will not be held liable if the item is lost in transit and therefore recommends that you send all returns by trackable, insured Registered Post or via courier. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Store credits are valid for six months from date of issue. We reserve the right to deem any outstanding credit values null and void after the expiration date.
If a manufacturing fault occurs under normal use (not including general wear and tear) within 12months of the purchase date, please contact our customer service team email@example.com with a copy of your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the fault. Warranty will not be honoured if the item has been mistreated. If proven to be a manufacturing fault the item will be happily repaired or replaced free of charge with the same or comparable item.
Returns can only be accepted if item is in original condition with all labels and original packaging fully intact. We cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
Refunds will only be issued at the discretion of Dylan Kain + The Love Street Studio.
Any item purchased from Dylan Kain that is legitimately incorrect or deemed to be faulty may be eligible for a refund. In order to obtain a refund you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. When cleared you will receive your new item within 7 business days (within Australia) and up to 15 business days for international delivery. If we are unable to supply you with a replacement, you will receive an email notification of a store credit or refund.
